Shipping & Delivery Rules

Your guide to a smooth delivery. Learn about our shipping rules and how we handle delivery issues.

By placing an order with LUNA PARK, you agree to the following shipping terms, which outline insurance coverage and delivery responsibilities based on your chosen carrier.

Shipping Methods

Unless there are specific shipping restrictions to your country, we follow these guidelines:

  • Orders 2kg and under: Shipped via Economy (ePacket).

  • Orders over 2kg: Shipped via EMS.

If you have a preferred shipping method not listed below (such as SAL or Surface/Sea Mail), please contact Customer Support. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Carrier Details & Insurance

  • EMS (Japan Post/Sagawa Express):

    • Insurance: Standard insurance covers up to 20,000 JPY.

    • Delivery: Delivered with a signature required.

  • Private Carriers (DHL & UPS):

    • Insurance: Standard liability coverage is limited (approx. 5,000 – 10,000 JPY). To keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, we do not add optional extended insurance.

    • Delivery: Standard delivery is a "drop-off" service (no signature required).

  • Economy (ePacket Light):

    • Insurance: NO insurance coverage.

    • Delivery: Standard delivery is a "drop-off" service (no signature required).

*Please be aware that depending on your country or region, the final delivery may be handled by a third-party courier or a local partner of the primary carrier. Delivery methods may also vary; for instance, a "drop-off" service may be changed to a "hand-delivery (signature required)" service, or vice versa, based on local postal regulations and carrier policies.

If you have any questions regarding the delivery status or the specific method once the package has reached your country, please contact the local carrier or your national post office directly for the most accurate information.

Delivery Issues & Liability

  • Liability Disclaimer: Once a package is marked as "Delivered," LUNA PARK and the carrier are not liable for any incidents (such as theft) occurring after drop-off. These are regarded as incidents within the recipient's premises and under their management. No refunds or replacements will be provided.

  • Recipient’s Responsibility: You must track your package. If you fail to collect it within the carrier's 10-day storage period, it will be returned at your expense or destroyed. No refunds for unclaimed items.
