Pre-orders & Store Policies

Your pre-order, handled with care. Understand how we handle manufacturer delays and order combinations to keep your shopping experience seamless.

By placing an order with LUNA PARK, you agree to our policies regarding pre-order release updates, shipping consolidations, and service adjustments.

Product Release Delays

  • Manufacturer Delays: It is common for pre-order items to be delayed by the manufacturer. In such cases, LUNA PARK will update the release date on the product page accordingly; however, we will not send individual notifications regarding these changes.

  • How to Check: We kindly ask you to check the latest release date on our product page or refer to the manufacturer's official announcements for the most up-to-date information.

Combining Orders

  • Default (Separate Shipping Policy): LUNA PARK ships items separately based on their release dates. This applies to:

    • Within a single order: In-stock and pre-order items are shipped separately as they become available.

    • Different order numbers: We do not combine items from different orders into a single shipment by default.

  • Requests: If you wish to combine multiple orders, please contact Customer Support. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the shipping status; however, no shipping discounts will be provided. As rates are strictly based on total weight and dimensions, the cost remains the same whether items are packed together or separately.​

 Important Notice for EU, UK, and International Customers:

  • Taxes & Duties: Please be aware that VAT, GST, and other local consumption taxes are applied to imports regardless of the order value in many regions (including the EU and UK).

  • Combining Orders Risk: Combining orders will increase the total declared value. This may exceed the threshold for customs duty exemptions (such as €150 for the EU or £135 for the UK), resulting in additional customs duties that would not apply to smaller shipments. (Note: The EU's €150 exemption is scheduled to be phased out starting July 1, 2026.)

  • Administrative Fees: Beyond taxes and duties, your local carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, or national post) may charge Handling Fees, Advancement Fees, or Storage Fees for processing your package through customs.

  • Customer Responsibility: All import-related costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you request order consolidation at your own risk. LUNA PARK is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional carrier fees incurred.

Restrictions & Service Changes

  • ​​Service Availability: LUNA PARK reserves the right to change the shipping method to an equivalent or better alternative without prior notice. This may occur if the selected method is restricted in your region, or due to the size and weight of the items.

  • PO Boxes & Military Bases: Private carriers (DHL & UPS) cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
